Curt was awesome!!!! We live out of state. He took our desires and wants and we worked closely coming up with a list. He spent a great deal of time checking out the properties and weeding out the undesirables before we arrived We had already made several trip to Florida looking. On one trip to Ft. Myers he invited us to Venice where he spent an afternoon driving us around showing us the area. Our last trip was to Venice. On Monday he had lined up a number of homes. The last one was the one. We submitted an offer on Wed and by the end of the day we had an accepted offer. Scheduled the inspection for Friday while we were there. Everything went smoothly.
