He was kind and supportive, took the time to understand our needs and situation and within exactly one day, he helped us find the perfect home. He made himself available in the evenings when we were off work to show us a few houses and the last of three was our winner. I cried because I wasn't expecting to love any house after just losing our dream home. He excepted tears and hugs with a smile.
