We usually don't use a real estate agent because we have had many bad experiences with them. Again, both of the agents, one for the buyer on this property and the sellers agent on the one we purchased, were less than honest. Poor Cyndi had to deal with a lot of drama on both sides, and handled it like a real trooper. Not only that, she's a fun lady!
