Kim is knowledgeable & seems to know everything. I’ve both bought a home & sold a home with Kim as my agent & both times she got me the best deal. Buying or selling a house is stressful but Kim will make you feel at peace when it gets tough. Trust me you want her!!

This is a absolute dream team if you want a seamless home buying experience. As a first time home buyer, we had hoops to jump through and 30+ houses I wanted to look at. I felt the entire time " As much as she spends with us, we must be the only one we take all her time." She in fact had other things selling and moving in the background but I ALWAYS felt #1. Amy & Bill's number one priority becomes you and your family, and they want the house as badly as you do to make dreams come true.
