We worked with Tracey on the purchase of a vacation home in Florida. Our permanent residence is in Ohio, and while we were able to tour homes in person, our transaction was largely completed from afar. We are highly analytical by nature. She persisted with us through a very challenging market, complicated by Mother Nature (including two hurricanes) (and without a ton of details, this point cannot be emphasized enough).
