It helps that an agent knows about the surrounding area, and that was instrumental in our decision. She drove us and toured us around the city and downtown. It gave us a feel of what it would be like to live in the area. She also was very pleasant to work with, and there was no rush or pressure to make a choice. She also assisted us with all the paperwork and her contacts in the industry made for a very stress-free experience.
