He made himself available in the evenings when we were off work to show us a few houses and the last of three was our winner. I cried because I wasn't expecting to love any house after just losing our dream home. He excepted tears and hugs with a smile. He guided us through the closing process, found us a lender when our financing fell through, and he was simply there for us every step of the way.
