i have purchased multiple properties in swfl since coming back here in 2019 and have been involved as an investor for over 30 years. The first item on my agenda when i start to look is to find a realtor who is knowledgeable, knows the market, and answers the phone when i call, as i have no tolerance for the others. Debbie has shown this commitment since our first encounter and continues to show it. She has no problem with working on weekends to show me properties and most that i have looked at were 30 to 60 minutes away. Don't waste your time , put her number in your phone.

Amy was wonderful to work with. She had helpful suggestions on getting our house ready to sell and stayed in contact throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly. My only regret is we moved out of the area so we couldn't have Amy help us find our next home. Amy's knowledge and experience in the area was very much appreciated.
