We worked with Annette to both sell our previous home and purchase a new build. Annette worked the buyers to get us top dollar for our home and she negotiated to get us a discounted rate on the new build. While our builder was very difficult to work with, Annette was on our side the whole time. She almost always answers her phone, she does the research to give you informed answers and she knows the market to always be up to date. We ended up selling our house above asking price and buying the new home which was appraised with the purchase price $30k under current market value. Annette is the realtor for you!

Jesse DeMello is a professional. He is pleasant and knowledgeable in his dealings with real estate property. He is not high pressure which I really liked! He is prompt and made our interaction seemless. I would recommend him for any real estate dealings you may have.
