We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents.
