Corye is the absolute best! I met Corye through one of her listings that sold a couple hours before I contacted her in October 2021. We talked for several minutes as I shared that I was looking for my new beginning and fresh start in Florida after losing my husband suddenly 5 years ago. She notified me immediately, we did a FaceTime video showing that afternoon, discussed everything and we wrote an offer that night before the home even hit the market. It was accepted!!! Corye took care of absolutely everything! She and her assistant Amy handled all of the scheduling of the inspections, the repairs, the cleaning, re-inspections, etc...etc...I closed in under 30 days in December 2021. Without Corye's exceptional knowledge, expertise, professionalism, personal touch, attentiveness and willing to go to any lengths for her clients; I would not be the newest, happiest homeowner in all of Florida!
