This really helped eliminate the noise of having to sift thru homes we had no interest in. Kerry did a remarkable job doing the homework for us! When we would meet Kerry to see the many property listings, she had every property lined up with a detailed route and schedule so our time was well spent. Kerry even had prepared a matrix of all the homes we were seeing so we could compare things like, HOA fees, taxes, year built, how many owners, flood zone, etc. We can't say enough how great and friendly our experience has been working with Kerry.
