My wife and I are both out of state buyers; so our physical search time in Fort Myers was limited. We worked with Patty for several years, looking for the perfect property in the Fort Myers area to purchase for retirement. Patty was always ready and prepared with appropriate information about the property and the surrounding area. Sometimes, our requirements changed; and Patty also changed to meet our needs, no problems at all. Patty adjusted her business and personal schedule to meet our short time-frames. We finally found what we were looking for and Patty took a pro-active approach to ensuring the closing process had no issues. We highly recommend Patty Rollinson for anyone looking for that Realtor who will go above and beyond to assist their client. Request Patty Rollinson to represent you and you will be quite happy at the end of the journey. Thank you Patty!!
