Turned out to be a great decision, not only is she extremely personable, but is also a highly charged businesswoman with lots of experience in the field. She took everything right in hand with suggestions, arranging for a full photoshoot, and an open house for realtors only. Bottom line, the condo sold in a week, as is, and for $50,000 over the asking price. She even helped me move! Highly recommend, wonderful person to trust the decision of your home with.
