Very professional very helpful

We have used Jennifer Paulke for 3 home transactions in the last 4 years. A condo purchase, then selling our condo 2 years later and then finally purchasing our single family home. Jennifer is very professional and ethical in all aspects of Real Estate. Whether that is buying or selling - Jennifer is personable, yet professional . Her documentation, communication and finally the transactions with the assistance of the title company have gone without a hitch. Thank you Jennifer for making the prosess painless.

Brittany is one of the hardest working people in the business, she treated me like family and was so quick to respond. My house sold within days of going on the market and I attribute that to Brittany’s incredible work. She has a tremendous knowledge base of the market and brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase my home. Brittany was always calm, she’s a brilliant negotiator and listened carefully to my every request for information to help me make decisions. She was always looking out for my best interest. Brittany’s professionalism, integrity, and her genuine care and concern is above and beyond. She is the utmost professional and her expertise guided me seamlessly every step of the way. She works with an incredible team of professionals to help with every aspect of the sale. She was so kind and a constant professional, I will never forget my experience being under the watchful eye of Brittany Skotak. You know you are in trusted hands with Brittany.
