⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Yevette highly enough! I was buying a home from out of state, which could have easily been a complete nightmare, but she made the entire process so much easier. Yevette looked at A LOT of homes for me, and she was incredibly patient through every showing, every question, every change of direction, and all the complications that come with trying to buy a house when you aren’t even in the same state. She was always responsive, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly what I was looking at. I never felt pressured to settle for a house that wasn’t right. Once we finally found the one, she stayed on top of everything from the inspection and appraisal to repairs, negotiations, credits, and closing. And there were definitely some headaches along the way! Through all of it, I always felt like Yevette was in my corner and looking out for me. Buying a house from hundreds of miles away requires a huge amount of trust, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I’m now happily settled into my Florida home, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without Yevette. If you’re looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in finding you the right home, she’s the one. Five stars and then some!

Yvette made the process of buying our first home incredibly easy and straightforward. We were both overwhelmed at the idea of starting this process, but after getting in touch with Yvette and hearing a bit about her work philosophy, we felt much more comfortable with moving forward. The amount of time we spent "not knowing what we were doing" was very short. Yvette made sure that we had a baseline understanding of every step in this process, as well as what would be needed in order to move through house hunting, making an offer, and closing. She was always honest and direct and made sure that we didn't have any misconceptions or delusions that would lead to us making an uninformed decision. What we found most helpful were the instances where she pulled from her experience with either owning her own home or references made to previous clients she had helped close. That helped us put questions or concerns we had into larger context and, overall, make better decisions. She would also advocate for us, even when we would suggest something that she thought wouldn't be in our best interest. We were very grateful that she was willing to "keep us on track" and not just entertain the spur-of-the-moment ideas we had. Yvette was and is incredibly knowledgeable and action-oriented. We highly recommend her for anyone else in a similar position to us.

She was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. We are extremely grateful for all of her hard work and patience. Thank you, Yvette, for helping make the sale of our home such a successful experience!
