We looked at several properties and couldn't make up our minds. We saw several properties several times. She remained patient with us and extended her time beyond reasonable hours.

Ivanny was the best choice we could have made and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone who may need a realtor. In prepping for the sale of our home Ivanny helped us clean and stage the home so it would be beautiful for photos. She helped us strategize for price improvements and wording for our listing. She took great time and care to ensure we were informed and happy with every choice. She used her resources to gather information hosting a brokers open and discussing feedback with us. We were always part of the process and she made herself available for any questions we had. Anything we needed. She was there. She wasn’t just available and informative. She was honest as well. She hoped to see any potential future barriers to a sale and made sure that we could be proactive every step of the way. We are truly grateful for Ivanny and cannot recommend her enough

I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! Tara maintained turquoise and got us through gracefully.

Muchas gracias por todo siempre te recomendaremos

There aren't enough words to describe the service, realness, genuinity that we received from Amaryllis is our quest for first time homeownership. Her prior experience with the Armed services, Law Enforcement, Public Education, and Real Estate have all transmitted into a reliable and trustworthy Agent. She understands the parameters of what is asked and is able research and deliver all information with the clients needs foremost and understands all situations and will provide all availability options so that clients are well informed in everything. I sought her assistance believing she would aid us when I've spoken with others to no avail, and I'm glad I reached out. We couldn't be more excited with our purchase if it was not for her. Thank you again, and if I was able to rate her more than 5 stars I would! 😊
