My story was very complicated. We were on a tight timeline, and even tighter budget. I made an emergency phonecall to Elisha as we had a little bit of a repor with each other. About 8 months earlier she had the opportunity to council us a little on credit and what it would take to turn out situation around. We took her advice but honestly didn't know how much difference her words would make once we put them into action. Fast forward to July 2021, we had a living situation EMERGENCY on our hands. We needed a place for our family as quickly as possible. I called her and she put us in touch with a mortgage company. Less than 72 hours later we were pre-approved for a loan. And then she really got to work. We saw home after home. Due to the tumultuous market we lost bid after bid. But she never gave up. Finally it happened. My wife and I, less than 90 days later were closing on our first home together. Listen to her. Put your cards on the table. She'll help you play the hand that may very well change your lives. Thank you Elisha Foxx and family Our love and respect to you
