He went above & beyond in all phases of the process, whether it be the initial showings (as we toured 20-25 homes before we found my dream spot) to negotiations (he was great in the post-inspection stages). He never fails to pick up the phone and is on top of everything, making sure all parties are in-the-know and knowledgeable on what was going on.
