This is the third time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jeltiza, and once again she exceeded my expectations. I reached out to her and said, “Hey, I need your services again—are you available to work with me?” Without hesitation, she said yes. When I found a house I was very interested in, I sent it to her. Even though she already had a busy schedule that day, I told her I had a strong feeling about this property. She rearranged her plans to make time for me and show the house that same day. Thanks to her quick action and dedication, we were able to get under contract the very same day. Jeltiza was incredibly helpful throughout the negotiation process and always took the time to listen to my concerns and guide me through each step. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment truly make a difference. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate professional.

Great guy very thorough works for you til the end.
