Ivan is an amazing realtor, Ivan always kept us updated with any new properties, is very knowledgeable from the neighborhoods to the value of the homes we were looking at and making sure we chose the right one. Was very honest with us with properties we were looking at, their cons and pros. Overall very good experience and highly recommend.
