Worked together for months trying to find our perfect home, she worked so hard to make sure our search criteria included everything we wanted! Such a smooth process from looking, to offers, to buying, and closing! Will high recommend working with renata for your next buying or selling adventure

Heidi is a great realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, very accommodating and patient. She showed me multiple properties over several years. I appreciated her candid feedback and that she was never a pushy salesperson. Her greatest concern is that her clients are handled efficiently and that she is always available to them. Thank you, Heidi, for all of you hard work in finding me a wonderful home!

Kristin was with me every step of the way, from showing me homes, helping schedule our inspection and appraisal, right down to attending our closing. She made sure to put my needs first and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will definitely be calling her for future purchases, she's wonderful!

Great experience! My husband and I decided to move from Massachusetts to Lake Placid, FL in late December. Thanks to Susan Geitner, we were happily settled in our awesome new home by the first week of February. She handled everything for us remotely, giving us home tours via FaceTime and connecting us with local experts from home inspectors to a title attorney. We did a remote signing and she even did our final walk-through and collected the keys for us! She is warm, professional, and very proactive. If you’re looking for a home anywhere between Sebring and Kissimmee, Susan Geitner at Advantage Realty 1 is the right realtor to work with.

the client is her #1 priority, not only will she provide impeccable dedicated service, she has a unique talent to keep your emotions out of the deal and work strictly on what is best for you and your family.
