I highly recommend Julio. We started working with Julio from out of state at the beginning of 2021. Without knowing each other, he started working with us from out of the state. He informed me and educated me on all HOA, CDD and house tax issues. He was really very patient with us, he sent me photos and we did FaceTime to see the houses from a distance. I recommend him, he has experience and is an excellent human being. Thank you Julio for your time and your service. I wish you much success. God bless you! I have sold three houses in my 56 years and Beth has been the best by far! She always kept me updated on all developments. If I called with a question or problem she was right on it, every time! I highly recommend her

Jacob was great to work with! He has a lot of knowledge in what to look for in homes for safety and potential problems. Jacob was very professional throughout the entire homebuying process, and always communicated within the day. I had a quick turnaround time before I had to move out of my apartment, and he went above and beyond to work around my schedule!
