Chris was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the process of listing, showing and closing. Chris evaluated our home and accurately and fairly suggested a listing price. Our home went under contract quickly and sold the same. Of course there were a few hurdles along the way but Chris dealt with them professionally. His office insists on professionalism which we liked. We really appreciated Chris' communication. Chris kept us informed as necessary, answered the phone and returned messages in a timely manner. We definitely recommend Chris Baker and would use him agin for any real estate transactions.
