She showed my several units until we found the one that fit my needs. Her market knowledge was very helpful too. I would recommend her to anyone looking for something in real estate.

Listing my property with Flat Rate Realty was a great experience. Stephen was prompt and professional. They made all the listing updates quickly and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Regan was amazing! She is highly knowledgeable, professional, prompt and personable. My husband and I would recommend her to anyone!

Derek made our experience of building our home the best part of the entire transaction from the moment we sold our home to relocating to Palm Coast. Derek sent us videos each week with a full narrative of the progress that was going on. Keeping us informed every step of the way. Once we relocated and waited for our home to be completed, Derek was always available to go over to the house for us to meet with other contractors or do measurements. He always kept good communication during this process to keep us informed of any changes or concerns. I would highly recommend working with Derek to anybody looking for their next future home or forever home. He is truly a pleasure to work with. He is the best part of Adam's homes.

Megan was fantastic to work with— She is professional, responsive, and always on top of things. She made the entire process feel seamless and handled every detail with ease. Whenever I needed something done, she was quick to respond and kept everything moving forward. We closed on time and she was there throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her!

Scott Skare has been absolutely the best of the best! He worked me every step of my home purchase journey, answering my questions and communicating status frequently. We truly had an effective partnership through my journey. He used his vast network to schedule a great home inspector quickly and provided helpful recommendations for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists. It was truly a joy to work with Scott. You won’t find a more dedicated agent to work with. I highly recommend Scott for all of your real estate needs.
