I just closed on the second home where Bob was the real estate agent. I had a great experience with Bob for the first house so I decided to contact him in searching for a second house. Born and raised in the area and selling real estate for many years, Bob is a fountain of invaluable information. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!

I have closed several dead with Patty and her team and she has always been diligent and professional in her manner of doing business .

Clayton showed me multiple properties on short notice. I found the perfect place on a Sunday. He moved quickly to submit an offer and get me under contract. This was critical as there were multiple offers on the property. His service to get the deal closed was just as impressive as his efforts helping me find the property. He was great to work with I plan to refer him to friends and family.

Working with Jackie on selling my first home in Haines City, FL was truly a great experience. Not only was Jackie knowledgeable on the area, she was excellent in communicating with me through every step of the process. She was very professional and down to earth, making it easy for my husband and I to ask questions and give her honest feedback. I appreciated how she gave her professional opinion on certain topics we discussed, that helped me to think through certain decisions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Davenport area.
