I'm a first time home buyer, so I was naive going into this process. Stephen was recommended by a friend, and I'm certainly not disappointed. There were extenuating circumstances that complicated the process. There were even times I was ready to give up on the house and try somewhere else. I ultimately ended up buying the home I wanted under the best possible circumstances.
