I'm a first time home buyer, so I was naive going into this process. Stephen was recommended by a friend, and I'm certainly not disappointed. He walked me through the process and I at no point felt I wasn't supported. He selected various homes for me to view that we're all excellent. However, one stood out among the rest. There were extenuating circumstances that complicated the process. There were even times I was ready to give up on the house and try somewhere else. Stephen managed to help me work through the issues. He was also exceptional when it came to negotiating with the builders. I ultimately ended up buying the home I wanted under the best possible circumstances. I will be recommending Stephen to any friends and family, and will of course be working with him during future dealings.

We were purchasing a parcel of land that had a lot of complications with respect to zoning, environmental easement, and being near the water, and Melissa went above and beyond to assemble a team of knowledgeable people to assist us in determining if it was worth moving forward with the purchase.
