If you think you don't need a Realtor when buying new construction...think again! We bought our home as a quick move in and we were glad we had Lillian on our side. The sales people work for the builder and it makes sense they are going to watch out for the builder. We were glad we had an extra pair of hands and eyes going through our process. Every detail she was watching, calling and keeping them on task.
