Casandra was great at analyzing issues and offering options. She was well informed and quite proactive. Best of all she has a great disposition and tolerates fools quite artfully (I being a fool from time to time)

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

We’ve worked with Chris twice now. Once for the purchase of our home, and now for its sale. He has been fantastic to work with in both instances. Chris is an excellent communicator, and incredibly knowledgeable of market trends. While working with him we always felt he had our best interest mind. If you choose with Chris Loschiavo as your agent you’ll be in great hands!
