There were several challenges in selling my home, including water intrusion from Hurricane Milton, a prior offer that fell through, and a tough sellers market that required us (and other sellers in the Tampa market) to lower prices for the first time in years. Kristina, however, was cool, calm, and collected every step of the way, personally attended nearly every showing, consistently followed up on every lead, did her own out reach and marketing of the property, and kept me up to date the entire time. Ultimately, it took probably 30+ showings, several open houses, multiple repeat showings and information requests, a long list of Buyer requests during the inspection period, a lot of effort on Kristina's part to sell our home.
