Cathy truly went above and beyond in our new home buying process! She went out of her way to schedule a lot of appointments and proactively search homes for us in a difficult sellers' market. She knows the Lakeland area well, and it was actually because of her MLS search that we were even able to see that our home's Zillow listing looked quite different from the MLS listing!
