Ryan was on it when at about 8:30 pm he contacted us and from there it was spot on. He had appointments for house viewing the next day at times convenient to us. First house--no. Second house yes. He didn't high pressure just let us look and see. Correct sales method for us. Took our offer back--in touch next day late due to the sellers realtor. Due to leave on vacation the next day but certainly didn't take precedence over us. Worked late to get deal done. From there he keep in touch while on vacation. Gave us home inspection person.
