She made us feel comfortable with our purchase and explained everything along the way. We came from out of state and she answered our questions even despite our time difference across the country. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to move to. We trusted her so much we even purchased our house without physically seeing it. She video chatted us often and even made us a video walk thru tour so we could look it over while making moving plans. We recommend her to anyone who is moving to the area.

Natalie went above and beyond for our family as we worked through selling my parent's home after my Dad passed away. She was patient as we needed several months to process the loss and make plans to move my mother. In addition, Natalie helped us manage the entire process from out of state. Natalie was able to help with programming the sprinkler system during a dry period. She also helped with access to the house for various trades that needed to complete work in the house.
