My experience with Geoff has been so remarkably wonderful, it’s hard to sum up. Let me just say that Geoff never treated me like an opportunity to make money in his profession; he treated me like a friend he’s known for years and thus his only interest was what was my best interest. Barring something unexpected, he’ll be my exclusive realtor going forward.

Cathy truly went above and beyond in our new home buying process! She went out of her way to schedule a lot of appointments and proactively search homes for us in a difficult sellers' market. She knows the Lakeland area well, and it was actually because of her MLS search that we were even able to see that our home's Zillow listing looked quite different from the MLS listing! She was also responsive & professional in all of her communications, and always made us feel like a priority (for example, bringing us food around our final closing date).
