Lisa was very helpful with the whole buying process. From setting up viewings, to arranging inspections and even helping me get good house insurance. Her knowledge of the Polk county area and house buying process was top notch.

I knew very little about real estate transactions before my siblings and I made the decision to sell our parents' house. Charmalyn became our agent and walked us through every step of the process. She made thoughtful, practical , and knowledgeable suggestions. She understood the financial, legal and, and emotional aspects of the sale. She navigated all with wise and godly council. She will be my first go-to person should I need to go through this experience again. I thank God daily for her and pray she will be as great a blessing to others as she has been to my siblings and me.

I have known Jearri for 12 years and consider her a friend. She has helped me find 3 homes. She has also been the go-to person for several of my family members. With the most recent sale/purchase, Jearri put out all the last minute fires to ensure I closed on time. She made an overwhelming time significantly less stressful. While I hope to never want to buy another house, if I do I will call Jearri Bush.

This is the second property we have purchased sight unseen, based only on Dave's expertise. He seems to know everything about the local markets and what makes a good and a bad buy in a house. Talk to Dave, you can't go wrong!

Luis was so incredibly amazing when my husband and I were purchasing our first house. He listened to what we wanted, allowed for us to see any house we came across and made himself readily available any time of the day. We purchased such an amazing first house and the entire process was quick, efficient and easy! This can be so stressful for people, and Luis took care of it all so that we did not have to worry! Now we are living so happily in our new house and if it weren’t for him we would not be here today! If you’re looking for a realtor, snag Luis before it’s too late!!! You don’t want to go through this process without him!
