One of the best decisions I made this year was deciding to Have Sofie be the real estate agent we contracted with to sell a property held by a Trust that I was a co trustee for. Sofie did a wonderful job communicating all relevant information involved in the sale. This included sorting through offers and negotiating on our behalf with the final Buyers agent. It all went smoothly only because of Sofie's attention to detail and timely communication with all parties involved. As a result no problems at the closing.

My journey was not an easy one, but Michelle was there every step of the way. Very attentive and treats you the same whether it’s a house that’s 200k or 2 mil. Michelle takes the time to answer every question and treat you as a person. If there’s anyone I would recommend to help someone on their home buying journey, it’s her!
