I have known Tom Simpson for many years and have the highest regard for his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. When I recently decided to sell my condo in South Pasadena, Florida I interviewed three real estate agents to determine which company I wished to list my property with. We ended up putting our condo on multiple listing on a Thursday, had scheduled showings on Friday and had an offer on Saturday that we ended up accepting a few days later. After the contract was signed, Renee and Tom continued to work with us setting a closing date, arranging for a title company and generally making the property transfer go smoothly.
