I am pleased to be able to write a reference for Renee and Tom Simpson and their company C. Simpson Realty. I have known Tom Simpson for many years and have the highest regard for his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. When I recently decided to sell my condo in South Pasadena, Florida I interviewed three real estate agents to determine which company I wished to list my property with. Although I had not met Renee before those interviews I was very impressed with her assessment of the real estate market in our area and the strategy she proposed to sell our condo. Because of some logistical issues related to where I was moving, we decided to hold off on listing the property and actively marketing it for a month. During the interim, while we were waiting, I had regular contact with Renee. When it came time to list the property Renee made recommendations that we discussed and ended up following. We ended up putting our condo on multiple listing on a Thursday, had scheduled showings on Friday and had an offer on Saturday that we ended up accepting a few days later. After the contract was signed, Renee and Tom continued to work with us setting a closing date, arranging for a title company and generally making the property transfer go smoothly. I am happy to recommend Renee and Tom and know that anyone using their services will be glad they did.
