Carmen was wondering in providing all the necessary information and documentation need to get this closing to happen. She was able to negotiate the price down and handle the setup of the appraisal. Her experience with real estate is excellent and her problem solving skills are on par. This was my first Open Door buying experience and there were alot of unknowns in the process, but carmen figured it out and we we're able to close on time.
