Javy was extremely responsive to what we needed every step of the way! His knowledge of the area was helpful since we are new to the area. Since we are a military family, we were using a VA loan. Javy is also a veteran and was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and the needs of military families in the area. When we found our dream home, he knew precisely what our offer should be and how to present it. We got the house $30,000 under asking and the seller paid some towards ours closing costs! He recommended a great person to handle our mortgage and helped to make sure that we closed on the date we needed. He made sure everyone was working quickly towards our goal.
