Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. There is usually something that always comes up, which is beyond anyone’s control, which screws up transactions, why should this case be any different? The good news is that it was no fault of Cathy’s , and completion will occur in the near future hopefully.
