We had our house on the market for a year, when Sonja and her team took over, we sold and closed on the house in a month. Sonja talked to us before we started selling the house on the best price and what she can do. Sonja and her team had an open house, and we received offers, and Sonja guided us through the process and what offers would be best for us. Closing and finalizing the sell was easy, she did a great job communicating and able to talk with us all the way. Sonja was courteous and professional.

Picking the Right realtor is super important, so when I first met Ms. Costner, I could tell right away that she knows her job and that she knows her market. Once I started working with Sonja, I soon realized that she is very intelligent, hardworking and a great negotiator. She always had time to answer my questions and guide me through the sometimes overwhelming world of home buying. She showed me great options once she learned what I liked. And when I found my dream home, Ms. Costner negotiated a unbelievable deal for me, well below market value. Sonja Costner is a five star Realtor and in my eyes, worth her weight in gold.
