I am very grateful that Dee was able to find a home for my family and I. The whole process was stress-free which was very important for me. She was always one step ahead and has a great team working hand in hand with her. Very patient in explaining processes and making sure you understand before making any commitments. It was honestly a pleasure working with her.

Jay is a fantastic realtor, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the start, he sat down with me to walk through the current market and gave me honest, insightful guidance on selling my home. His marketing strategy is incredibly thorough: advertising across a wide range of websites and social media, a 3D home tour, professional photography, professional materials for open houses and showings, and practical staging tips. He puts maximum effort into marketing, and it shows. What really set Jay apart was his communication. He provided consistent feedback on how the marketing was performing and how to better position the home as conditions changed. Once we were under contract, he stayed just as engaged, working with both me and the buyer’s agent to keep everything moving smoothly to closing. Even in a down market, Jay got the home sold. A++++ If you’re selling in the Tampa Bay area, call Jay first.

Amazing! She was extremely professional and easy to work with. Showed us about 30 houses in 3 days at our request. She worked with us on Sunday due to the short notice move for us down to the Tampa Bay Area. Do not look anywhere else, help yourself and start out with a strong confident realtor that’s there for you!
