She able to get us way more than we expected from the house we sold, and helped us negotiate credits from the seller towards our closing. I lost count of the number of properties we saw, I honestly thought I would drive her batty because I am so picky, but she was so patient and was able to get us speedy access to every single property I wanted to view. She never once pushed, or rushed us, and she actually had more knowledge of FHA loan requirements than our inspector (CREDITS)!!!! She was remarkably knowledgeable about the entire process start to finish which was a much needed reassurance because COVID has changed the process just enough to add extra stress. Sahar has sold two properties for us in Florida - a condo in Palm Harbor a couple of years ago and now vacant land in Indian Rocks Beach. We live out of state and she handled both closings expertly. We were in total agreement with her in the negotiations on price and timing and when the buyers of the vacant land needed extra time to close the deal she negotiated with their agent so that we would not be out of pocket.
