When we met with Richard to sell our home, he already prepared a market analysis so we were able to price our home that made sense. He listed the home. By that weekend he had an open house. One of our neighbors that went to the open house said “that was the best open house I've ever seen’. By Monday we had 2 offers. All the negotiations and coordination of the activities were flawless, with zero conflict. Best, easiest, smoothest sale ever. We highly recommend Richard.

Tallia has great negotiation skills and is knowledgeable about the market. This was a long distance sale and stayed in touch throughout the whole process.
