"I have purchased several properties with Aleks' assistance over the past couple years. She is highly professional, task oriented and makes sure everything that needs to be taken care of from the agent's perspective, is indeed handled on time. Aleks did a fantastic job of negotiating a price that made this deal worth doing. This particular deal involved the need for the rezoning of the property as a contingency of the purchase. Aleks did a great job of keeping the seller informed and engaged throughout the process. I would highly recommend Aleks to anyone looking for an agent that can balance the need to professionally represent their client, while at the same time make the process comfortable for the seller on the other side of the transaction. A true professional! Fantastic job!!"
