I cannot say enough good things about Grace McDade in our recent experience of her selling our home. She is the epitome of knowledge & professionalism as a real estate agent & just a class act in general! She was in regular communication daily keeping us abreast of even the smallest details. We could not have asked for a better person when it came time for closing the deal. She made sure every “I” was dotted & every “T” crossed & walked us through the process so that it was effortless for us. I would definitely use her again if we have any future real estate dealings & recommend her highly to anyone looking for an outstanding agent!

Grace McDade executed the perfect real estate transactions on my behalf. Despite the market softening, she secured an impressive price for my home in a very short period of time. I attribute this to her staging help, tenacity, negotiation skills, and attention to detail. She took all the stress out of the process. In addition to selling my primary residence, she represented me on the purchase of my subsequent home. Her intuition and negotiation skills saved me $50k on the purchase price. Once again, she made the process seemless and stress free. Grace is the best realtor I have worked with over many transactions throughout my life. I highly recommend her!

Grace went above and beyond to help us make the selling of our home a smooth process. She worked diligently to provide us with the best service. I would highly recommend working with Grace for any of your real estate needs!!!
