Outstanding experience with a complex situation and challenging market. We had rapid work relocation to Europe and were not able to go through a "normal" sales process. Steven was amazing and handled everything remotely, from helping us to sell our cars to staging and even lawn work. He navigated one of the rougher housing markets in recent year in Tampa with great skill, always communicating and being transparent and honest. In the end, he was able to take a great deal of stress off of us as we acclimated to Europe and get a great result with our sell. I would highly recommend Steven as both an agent and a person. His character and caring are extraordinary!

We worked with Steven to both buy and sell our Tampa property 3 years apart. Both transactions were handled professionally and expeditiously despite the fact that the opposing broker for the recent sale was less than helpful to say the least throughout the process which was a shame as we wanted to sell to the buyers as much as they wanted to buy! We would not to hesitate to recommend Steven and Sample/Warneke.

Steven’s knowledge of the local market was invaluable. He expertly navigated the process of selling our home keeping us informed at all times. He was always prompt at returning our texts and calls. His professionalism and focus on our needs was second to none. I 100% recommend Steven to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
