My wife Carol and I hired Elliott after having our house on the market for six months and two failed attempts with buyers that couldn't close. I believe there was one Open House in that time. We hit the jackpot - both the house AND the agent! My wife and I were first time buyers, complete novices; our first step was using the Realtor.com app. Via the app, we requested to schedule a viewing of a property that had caught our attention. You can do the same thing, press "request a viewing" and cross your fingers with who calls you back, OR you could give yourself a head start in the race and just call David. He organized that viewing, as well as several others, on a Saturday afternoon, because that was the most convenient day for us.
