My husband and I relocated to the Tampa area from KS for his work. Sonya spent 2 1/2 days looking at resell then new construction houses in the area. She was so kind and patient with us. As a native Floridian she was able to give us information that allowed us to make choices. Sonya and Trish were both very prompt at replying to any question that came up. They both made the move from KS to FL a little less scary and overwhelming.

Let me start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JAMMIE! She made my first home buying experience so memorable ! I could tell that she genuinely had my children and myself best interest at heart! Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄. Realtor turned friend … HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! ***I’m the buyer***

a very good experience.

Christine is knowledgeable in all areas of the realtor business. She worked tirelessly and went above and beyond the scope of her business and had my property sold in less than 30 days. Thank you so much..

Roy provided detailed explanation of the process of selling our property and communicated what documentations are needed and when they are needed. The process went without a hitch and the closing was on time! So very thankful!!!

My wife and I found Deana through another friend that used her and it was the best referal we have ever had. Deana not only secured us our new much lower than its original asking price, she was also able to sell our current home in less than 3 weeks from list time to close over our original asking price with multiple offers. We would have been lost without Deana expertise and guidance throughout our home journey process. I’ve purchased a few homes in my life and worked with multiple agents and I wouldn’t do it again with anyone other than Deana. Do yourself a favor and have Deana help you with your next home journey!
