Jennifer came recommended by friends. We reached out to her to begin the process of putting our home on the market. Jennifer came to our home with a second agent, Danielle Dustman. When they entered the home, it was apparent that they were both very professional and well prepared about not only our home, but also the current market and specifically they were prepared with the market within our neighborhood. After a tour of the property, they sat down and provided us with information on the company they represent, plus they went through in detail about our home and what they would do to help sell our home. We all combed through the data and they explained everything in a way where we understood. They patiently answered all of out questions, agreed on a price, and we started the process. They made the process very easy, being there for any question every step of the way. They provided suggestions that would help our home show in the best way possible. Jennifer worked with an incredible photography studio to take amazing pictures of our home. Jennifer provided a description of our home for the MLS, and it was put on the market.
